7 years of KAPELOU manufacturing: quality above all

7 years ago, KAPELOU co-founders Oleksandr Klymenko and Viktoria Voroniuk decided to invest in in-house manufacturing. The goal was ambitious: to ensure full quality control at every stage of warehouse automation projects.

Manufacturing that drives results: how it all began

KAPELOU’s production facilities story started on October 18, 2018. On that day, we founded ILS Industry, a manufacturing company equipped with a fleet of high-precision machines for manufacturing equipment of any complexity.

A few years later, we took a strategic leap forward by acquiring a plant that once specialized in equipment for aerospace electronics. This move allowed us to unite the entire production process under one roof.

Today, we are reviving that technological legacy. Step by step we are modernizing the production facilities, blending historic engineering strength with a state-of-the-art R&D center, advanced technologies, and high-precision machinery.

Our manufacturing complex includes:

• metalworking, automated welding, and assembly areas;
• electrical workshop;
• technical quality control department;
• painting and coating section with anti-corrosion protection and custom color finishing of warehouse equipment;
• branch in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, where conveyor equipment is assembled from pre-fabricated modules and structures.
