The inseparability of science and technology

Technological advances and innovations are an integral part of the modern world, and their achievement is not possible without studies and scientific experimentation.
The interest in scientific advancement and the use of the latest methods in warehouse automation are one of KAPELOU’s main priorities.
That is why we are proud of our active cooperation with the National University of Radioelectronics in Kharkiv, which was included in the list of the best universities in the world according to QS World University Rankings-2024.
With the support of leading NURE scientists, a scientific article was published in the international journal “Innovative Technologies and Scientific Solutions for Industries” on the importance of the technologies of Warehousing 4.0 and warehouse management systems in the context of the crucial factors of lean production. The article was co-authored by the owner of KAPELOU, Oleksandr Klymenko.
The team of experts conducted a series of studies:
- Analysis of supply chain management in the smart manufacturing industry and its influence on the achievement of lean production goals;
- comparison of Warehouse 4.0 technologies and warehouse management systems and their impact on the key drivers of Lean Production;
- consideration of the development of warehouse management systems (WMS) as one of the key components to meet the automation requirements in smart manufacturing through group control of mobile robotic platforms.
The study examines how the introduction of new technologies to manage robotic platforms in warehousing 4.0 and warehouse management systems affects the efficiency of lean production. Find out the results and other useful insights at the link provided.
