KAPELOU as exhibitor at LogiMAT 2023

To realize the idea of fast picking with minimal manual effort, we have developed a special multi-stage gripper for a robot arm. It reduces picking time by a factor of eight, ensures high productivity when picking more than 3,600 items per hour, and helps process multi-orders.

Our A-Frame has become an essential part of the system. It works with light unit loads, directing them from vertical channels onto the conveyor or into cases and cartons. It achieves a picking capacity of 3,000 items per hour and an output speed of 5 items per second from one of the channels.

The single-level shuttle system serves as an efficient tool for optimized storage of cartons, trays and boxes. The system provides optimal storage density and fast access, can be adapted to multi-level storage of a wide range of goods units and reaches a length of 100 meters.

Compared to the classic system, our automated solution ensures fast picking of a large number of small orders and reduces operating costs, giving companies a competitive advantage in the long term. We were very pleased to participate in such a large trade show for the second time in a row and to present our products and solutions to visitors on an international stage. We aim to present a high level of quality and innovation and are incredibly proud of our team behind the ideas and implementation of the products.

In Stuttgart, we were able to exchange ideas with other exhibitors, who were representatives of leading global companies and Ukrainian companies. Among them were Vanderlande, SSI SCHÄFER, BOWE GROUP, ATOP Technologies, META-Regalbau, Yaskawa, EUROFIT, VOYATZOGLOU, Kyowa Europe (PULSEROLLER Europe), ZAMMLER GROUP, ROZETKA, Hutchinson, Nova Poshta, Epicentr.

More than 200 potential customers and partners as well as a concept for the exhibition in 2024 – that is the balance of this year’s trade show appearance in Stuttgart. We continue to develop, work on new products and prepare to present them at LogiMAT 2024, which will be held in Stuttgart from March 19 to 21.

LogiMAT shows the latest developments for the warehouse logistics industry and efficient process management in 10 exhibition halls. The trade fair is firmly established as the leading international trade fair for intralogistics. LogiMAT 2023 in Stuttgart was distinguished by the highest number of visitors in the last 20 years.
