Prostor case. The Prostor chain of beauty and care stores, with an assortment of up to 20,000 SKUs, supplies goods to more than 220 stores daily. The client chose us to provide relocation services for the previously installed mezzanine and conveyor systems manufactured by KAPELOU from Brovary to Lviv.

The task included dismantling, transportation and installation of constructions used in the sorting, storage, picking and dispatching areas. We discussed the list of works in detail with the client in advance and adapted the configuration of the constructions to the new operating conditions.

The project involved specialists from the design, engineering, robotics, and automated process control systems departments. After changing and adjusting the constructions to the conditions of the new warehouse, the installation teams performed commissioning of the automated systems.

OMEGA case. For OMEGA, a distributor of automotive components and tires with 136,000 SKUs, we implemented a 12-stage warehouse relocation service (Kharkiv-Lviv, Kyiv-Kyiv) that lasted six months.

We simultaneously dismantled and installed KAPELOU conveyor systems in a new, more spacious facility without interrupting the operation of the existing warehouses. In July of this year, the installation teams completed the launch and commissioning of the automated systems.
