Close KAPELOU launches Monoflex + AKL for innovative sorting
On August 19-20, 2025, our engineering team completed training at Dambach Lagersysteme (Germany), a manufacturer of storage and retrieval equipment as well as material handling systems.
This series of hands-on trainings was a key step in preparing for the launch of Ukraine’s first high-speed automated pallet sorting system, combining Monoflex and AKL (Automated Cranes & Lifts) technologies.
The innovative technology – German precision, speed, and scalability
Monoflex is an innovative rail-guided technology with integrated Vehicle Management, efficiently controlling pallet flows in warehouse operations. AKL is an automated stacker crane for precise and reliable vertical load handling.
By combining these technologies, we can deliver highly advanced, scalable warehouse automation. The technology helps to sort between 200 and 1,000 pallets per hour at speeds exceeding 250 pallets/hour. There is no equivalent of Monoflex in Ukraine: no other rail-guided pallet sorting system can handle such high volumes so quickly.
Hands-On training in Germany – our engineers at the top of their game
Over two intensive days, Yevhen Kondratenko, Technical Director, Ruslan Kostenko, Head of Development & Robotics, and Anatolii Voronchak, Head of Warehouse & Automation Systems Design, thoroughly studied the technology. Our engineers participated in hands-on workshops covering installation, configuration, and commissioning of both sorting equipment and software, reviewing electrical and mechanical schematics, troubleshooting potential issues, and safe operation of the stacker crane.
