Powered by intelligent software with integrated video monitoring, this solution ensures exceptional tote picking accuracy, smart task prioritization to eliminate bottlenecks, and seamless integration with any WMS.

Key Benefits of the A-frame Pick-to-Tote Solution:

• tote picking speed – up to 5 units per second;
• maximum product weight – 500 g;
• container compatibility – supports plastic trays and cardboard boxes (400×300 mm or 600/800/400 mm).

Unlike automated belt picking systems, the A-frame Pick-to-Tote solution picks products directly into totes, ensuring gentle and precise handling. By eliminating multiple drops onto a belt, A-frame Pick-to-Tote significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage to packaging and products, maintaining the integrity of every order by tote picking.
