KAPELOU participated in the online event of the Kyiv Logistics School

The start of the war in Ukraine forced companies to make important decisions as quickly as possible. These included relocating companies and employees and solving the problem of a lack of warehouses. The key tasks are therefore the following: To properly organise the warehouse systems in order to reduce the costs of the warehouse processes, to set up an efficient system of human resources management and to improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse with limited staff and space. All these are practical experiences, that KAPELOU is gaining today together with its customers.

The Managing Director of KAPELOU spoke on the topic of “Warehouse automation in war: “Is it really necessary and how can you get the most out of it for your company?”. This topic was not chosen at random, as KAPELOU continues to work with Ukrainian customers even under war conditions and receives requests for warehouse automation for Ukrainian companies. The participants of the training had the opportunity to talk to each speaker personally and get answers to all their questions.

Other topics covered in the training included warehouse processes and procedures, intelligent automation, implementing automation for modern warehouses, as well as how to properly deal with employees in crisis situations and how to implement warehouse automation with minimal risks. Participants also learned how to prepare for instability and the impact it has on warehouse operations.

The training was useful for warehouse managers, logistics/warehouse managers, operations managers, logistics development managers, warehouse automation specialists, business owners and business analysts.
