KAPELOU at the Entrepreneurs Forum 2024 – from Theory to Action

KAPELOU, the leader in warehouse logistics automation in Ukraine, participated in the largest Entrepreneurs Forum organized by the Forbes Ukraine editorial office.
The day of June 27 turned out to be intense and productive for us and for the other 500+ participants of the event. It was marked by discussion of current trends in Ukrainian business development and exchange of useful tips to enhance investment attractiveness.
The largest annual Forum of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, organized by Forbes Ukraine, had the main message “The Way to Scale”. Its participants were entrepreneurs who run competitive companies. During the event, speakers shared their experience in leadership, creating products that are in demand, including among large companies, and entering foreign markets.
Oleksandr Klymenko, the KAPELOU founder, emphasized: ‘KAPELOU is not just developing, but really defining new horizons in warehouse logistics automation in Ukraine. For 11 years, we have been creating innovative concepts that meet the highest European standards and help our customers not only achieve operational efficiency, but also become leaders in their industries. Our partners and customers inspire us to constantly set new, ambitious goals, and it is through these challenges that we strive to be not just solution providers and warehouse equipment manufacturers, but true guides on the path to growth and scaling’.
Success is possible if it is backed by the desire to work selflessly and be useful – a truth that has become a life principle for KAPELOU employees. This year we entered new markets and expanded our capabilities in warehouse logistics automation. The company has more than 700 integrated solutions implemented in 14 countries. Scaling, like development, is a process that must be continuous and effective, KAPELOU believes. Therefore, we actively participate in events that bring together entrepreneurs with considerable experience, broaden their horizons and make them understand that everyone has their own resources for growth, but the practice of using them can be useful to others.
And there was a lot of discussion about resources during all four blocks of the forum. The speakers, more than 50 of them, talked about what allows them to be first in a competitive market, attract investment, and interact effectively with the government. During networking, we discussed tools for attracting and developing talents to overcome the risks of staff shortages, and practical advice on how to effectively transit from a medium to a large business. Workshops helped us learn where to find sources of funding to scale the business and the importance of using digital tools in our work.
Useful life hacks, the life experience of market leaders, and the unified desire of entrepreneurs to keep moving forward did the trick: the event brought together a cohort of talented adventurers ready to lead the way on the path to growth.
