Forbes Ukraine has announced the Next 250 “New Wave 2.0” rating, a list of the most successful small and medium-sized companies. KAPELOU, a manufacturer of automated systems and provider of integrated warehouse solutions, was included in the list of the best according to the editorial team’s choice.
Oleksandr Klymenko, the founder of KAPELOU, said: ‘The Forbes Ukraine ranking includes companies that, like KAPELOU, are laying the foundation for the future today and have taken significant steps for their own growth and development in Ukraine. We have many substantial projects ahead of us, as we see our mission in strengthening companies by implementing automated warehouse solutions. Modern technologies, individual approach and effective solutions are what distinguish us in the market. And, of course, the desire to help others improve their efficiency’.
We grow ourselves and help our customers reach new levels. By introducing innovations and automated systems, we facilitate and accelerate logistic processes. By developing our own production, we manufacture modern equipment that is characterized by durability. KAPELOU’s mission is to provide our customers with an additional competitive advantage and to transform not only individual companies but also entire industries through the introduction of robotic systems.
The rating organizers selected companies based on their financial results, market prospects, export potential and innovative products. Preference was given to companies that are rapidly expanding their operations, implement non-standard management or marketing approaches, and have demonstrated their sustainability over the previous years. The Next 250 list includes mostly representatives of the manufacturing sector, as well as service companies, representatives of the agro-industrial complex, creative industries, light and food industries, and retail.
The Next 250 rating identifies promising companies whose activities are aimed at their own development and the development of the Ukrainian economy. It includes companies with revenues of up to UAH 1 billion. The magazine’s editors reviewed 700 applicants: 500 applied by filling out questionnaires, and 200 were selected by Forbes Ukraine among the companies whose experience is worthy of coverage.
Forbes Ukraine has been selecting the most successful small and medium businesses for two years in a row. The Next 250 ranking is a list of entrepreneurial heroes who are shaping the present and future of the Ukrainian economy for the next 5-10 years.
