Participation in the “Logistics Day”. Presentation of UB1 case study

At the “XXIX All-Ukrainian Logistics Day” Oleksandr Truba, Yurii Sonevytskyi and Bartosh Furman told about the results of a complex project for UB1 – 3PL-operator, which provides the whole range of logistics services. The teams automated one of the largest warehouse complexes in the West of Ukraine with an area of 50,190 m2. In one area, on 2,000 m2, they configured different types of processes, picking categories, with different order structure and depth of lines.

The success of the case study is in the synergy between KAPELOU, Quantum and UB1, shared values, working towards the same goal, deep competencies in their respective niches and a flexible approach. The automation system provides a processing capacity of 200,000 items and 25,000+ lines daily, 99.6% picking accuracy, highest quality batch accounting and a reliable data exchange protocol.
