32nd Logistician’s Day with KAPELOU: technology designed for people

The spotlight: warehouse productivity and the value of every employee

In his presentation “Inclusion = Efficiency. Technology that works for everyone,” Yevhen Kulyk, Key Account Manager at KAPELOU, spoke about automation as a tool for expanding access to warehouse operations by creating inclusive working environments. Using real-world projects implemented in Switzerland and Germany he demonstrated how automated technologies are transforming warehouse management principles – speeding up order fulfillment, reducing manual labor, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth.
